David Hooser is the President & CEO of Franklin Learning Centers, LLC, and Chief Administrative Officer of Franklin Virtual Schools. Mr. Hooser has a degree in Engineering from Indiana State University and he began his career in the heart of technology, Silicon Valley where he served as an electronics executive spanned 13 years.

In 1996, he founded his own company, a web services provider. After the successful acquisition of that company in 2000, he shifted his sights on enhancing practical access to a variety of real-l world service needs, by leveraging the world-wide-web.

Mr. Hooser has been in digital learning since 2006 and launched his online American school program, Franklin Virtual High School (FVHS) in 2009. Franklin Learning Centers was established in 2014 to offer English based education programs to a growing global student population. FLC is now offering courses for students of all ages, in as many as 50 countries, and multiple languages. FLC is on its way to becoming become one of the most recognized, American education solution providers.
