Huong Nguyen is served as the Strategic Specialist/Strategic Consultant at My Bridge Education Co., Ltd. She is currently a lecturer and middle-level manager at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University. As a lecturer, she has designed and taught both pre-service and in-service teacher training courses on using technology in language teaching and learning nation-wide, in face-to-face, blended and online modes; she has also joined in different programs of Vietnam’s National Foreign Language Project to build English language and teacher development resources. As a middle-level manager, she is dedicated to applying technology to improve the effectiveness of her university’s management, training, and services. With her background and experience in the field of educational technology, she has been invited to consult some institutions in technology application strategies.

Sandra Williamson is the English Teacher and Trainer, especially in the major of Synthetic Phonics. She gained Bachelor of Education, Early Literacy Specialist, Accredited Jolly Phonics Trainer and has a wide international experience. In her educational career, she has 30 years teaching experience (fifteen internationally teaching from F1 to Year One) and 13 years experience as a Jolly Phonics/Synthetic Phonics trainer successfully implementing programs tailor made to suit both International and local schools such as in Indonesia, Jordan, Brunei, Qatar and Vietnam. With her passion for early literacy, she attended numerous training courses to becoming a trainer herself, to establishing highly successful synthetic phonics program in numerous schools she have landed in a new era. Ms Sandra has successfully mastered the meshing of all programs in order to serve International/Local schools effectively.
